Neat idea. Too bad the covers are only for the front and do not wrap around. :(

My advice, get these while you still can. Last Year, some guy did like 600 covers, and the NCAA sent him a cease and desist order. Im really surprised they still allow blacklover and geekrosters.com to name all the players in a sharkport or xport file.

Ahhh!, be careful. I had to dodge the Spyware bugs left and right on that website.

Why would anyone want to change the cover? USC, baby!
Anyway, I don't see why the NCAA would have them take down the rosters. They don't own the rights to the player's names, it's just illegal for the players to make any money off of endorsements. And I'm sure it helps EA sell a few more copies. At least, I hope that they'll never stop them... I just got an Xport, and if not for the ability to upload the rosters, I wouldn't have bought the 2004 edition. |
Oh yeah, I'll be printing off the two Kansas State University covers as soon as I get home from work. Go cats!

Because people are selling memory cards plus rosters on EBAY and just selling the rosters online. Blacklovers on MM and GeekRosters are just giving them away, but others are charging for them, and EA and the NCAA dont like that. |
