Custom "paint jobs" for your GBA/GBA SP/XBOX/PS2/GC!

http://www.gameconsoleskins.com

I found them by typing "GBA SP custom paint" in Google.

I ordered the metallic red for all four

$38.01 for recoloring all my consoles - and no voidance of warranty and no chance of damaging them (I e-mailed them and they responded that it doesn't leave a residue).

Wow... pretty neat. Anyone order from them before? Is it just a thin plastic sheet that conforms to the console?

Let us know when you get them...

I wish they had actual pictures of the products and not just a computer graphic.

No doubt. I'd love to see what this really looks like and what it is exactly. Can't be much for $6.99

They have some of those at EB for $2.99 I believe. Some with graphics from games like DMC 2 for the ps2, I forgot what they had for xbox. Only thing about the PS2 ones , some, I am not sure if the above do, cover the ventilation in front of the system. That can be a bad thing.

GBAMod doesn't look like it covers the inside of the GBASP.

too, bad for the gamecube they don't do a paint job that would make the cube look like the NES system with the gray/beige look with the black stripe

Yeah, these are pretty cool. I got one for my X-Box that's this blue-ish lightning strike on a red background. It looks damn sweet, and was only a couple of bucks during a closeout at CompUSA.

I'll have to look into getting the pink GC skin to match my GBA.

I think they've long been discontinued at EB, as I remember seeing some in a dump bin a long time ago. Although there is some new ones listed in the system that are coming in next month (I'll have to check but I think it was middle of Nov.) but the ones I recall seeing were for the Xbox. I will check tomorrow at work and make sure.

Bah, you kids today and your custom paint jobs. All I ever got were the stickers off produce, and I liked it!

Seriously, I'm looking over at my N64 and there's a Chiquita banana sticker and a Salt&Pepper from Blue's Clues sticker on it.

I use the TMNT skin from them. It's nice but it's not purfectly sized. It's slightly smaller and you can't align the skin to all the console's edges, which means you have to actually gauge where to place the skin.

Okay I checked yesterday and the new stickers coming are called "Game Graffix", there are versions for PS2, Xbox, and GBA SP. You can see them here on EBGames website. They have a release date of 11/6/04.

Careful using skins on your GBA SPs it tears off the serial number and most places dont take SPs for trade if they dont have their serial number.
