Anybody heard of Ragnarok?

No one? I downloaded it myself and I must say, it's one of the coolest looking game around. Fan of diablo would like it I believe.

I used to play it last year when it was free.
Then when the servers were taken down, then I stopped.
I didn't keep up with it after that.

That's the Korean game that's based on (or at least related to) the manga, right? How is the beta?

I assume they're both named after the mythical end of the norse gods, when Thor, Odin, etc. are betrayed by Loki and killed... :)

Well, I've played about 3 hours and am loving every moment of it. Got 4 of my friends to join in to form a party. Everyone should give this game a try.

Yes I have been playing this game since it has been in alpha testing last year. Its the only other online game I've been into since I got out of starcraft, but i play it pretty casually. I couldn't get into most of the other mmorpg games, but the cute character design and colorful atmosphere and music really shine in this game. Don't know if I'd pay a monthly fee for it though, but it is fun.

This is the game based of off the Korean manga, I've read the first 3 volumes of the manga and its pretty cool and follows the story of Loki, the artwork is excellent. The game itself is pretty popular in Korea and is the most popular mmorpg in japan I think (could be wrong). Lately, its been pretty laggy :(.

I played in the Alpha stage and am now playing the beta. I was just playing last night infact. I'm usually on the Chaos server. It's a sweet game, a little laggy on a dial-up, but still very playable.
