Why is Konami Collector's Series:Advance Arcade (GBA) so hard to find?

I've been looking for this game for a decent price online as well as my local stores, but haven't found it in stock. Even all the big B&M toy stores that appear to have all the GBA games never seem to have this one in stock.

Does anyone know why the shortage for this game?

Konami has a tendency to produce low numbers of all there games across all platforms unfortunately. I just recently got KCS:AA from Buy.com for 19.99+tax,s/h but I believe it is on back order there now.

Ebay has a couple up for auction

Half.com as well

As mentioned above, you might have missed the boat. Buy.com had it at $19.99 for a while. Plus, Amazon (TRU) had it for $9.99 and that was promptly cleaned out. Your best bet might be at less frequented B&Ms now...

Yea I missed it on Amazon because I kept putting it off for other games then poof it was gone. It went on backorder at buy.com right after I received my order to heh. =/

I'm amazed it sold for $9.99 at TRU once.

For a game that got such a positive rating on a number of gaming publications and with the recent release of the GBA SP, you would think Konami would try to produce enough games to meet demand.
