Hey guys I need help with DOD... I have Half-Life installed (bought it) and also DOD. Everything is fine up until the point where I get into a server and the game asks me to choose a team... I don't see anywhere in that screen the option to choose a team... nothing but a bunch of thank yous and BS the developers wrote.

ANy help would be appreciated.

Does it actually get onto the server? You'll see the background with the airplane silhouette, and all the server info that appears on the lower left (after you click to access that server from the list). Bottom middle show's the connection countdown.

When connected, this screen will push up and reveal the Server welcome message and you should be able to see the current map being played in the background. Hitting 'TAB' will show the team breakdown and scores (behind the rest of the writing). Hit "v" to go to screen where you pick teams. It should offer the team-picking automatically though.

One thing is to be sure you are fully updated to the most recent incarnation of half-life.
