What has your guys experiences been buying used games at EBgames.com? I almost bought one once, but then saw the disclaimer:

instructions and original packaging may not be included

and got scared off.

It is a big YMMV. Sometimes it comes with original case and manual, or it could come in with only the game disc in a paper sleeve.

Yeah I ordered NHL hitz 2003. It arrived today, no cover art, no instructions, in an Xbox case even though it is the PS2 version, and the disc is in such bad shape that it won't even load in my PS2, scratched to hell.

The last time I order from EB.

Really? Wow. I was scared at first but ordered Genma Onimusha used and when it arrived, looked as good as a used game from the store.
