Who is going to give Lara a second try?

I for one can't wait for the new TR game to be released. (that is if it ever gets released) The screen shots to me look great and the game play is supposed to be totally revamped. Even if it were pretty much the same, I still wouldn't care. I still itching to get my hands on a next gen Lara game.

Wondering how everybody else feels. Are you sick of Tomb Raider or will the spark of TR happen again like it did for the first game. Comments!!!!

I'm planning on buying it if the gameplay is enhanced with new stuff. I played Chronicles and The Last Revelation on Dreamcast and I'm looking for something more than running around, pulling levers, jumping, and climbing.

Yeah, never played Chronicles but everyone said the last mission which was more MGS than Indiana Jones was just what the series needed. Now we'll have to see if the new game can take that and run with it.

I'm skeptical, personally, as the Tomb Raider series has proved it is only a follower of what it originally created.

Not I. First clue should be that it has missed several stated release dates. The reason I say "stated release dates" is because such "delayed" games as KOTOR never stated a release date until recently.

Anyway, this game missed it's pre-Christmas date and now has missed it's current date. Now it is coming late April...will it make that date? That is at least a 5 month delay from its original release...usually not a good sign (but there have been examples where this is not true).

Depends on reviews. Last one I played was TR2, although I have Chronicles for the Dreamcast. I don't mind the delays if it makes the game better.

I never really like the series, so no.
