If you're interested, the Target in Burbank had plenty of
Soccer Slam for the GC...Oh, and pleanty of Gungrave copies for $15.

I stopped by today at a Target on Long Island, they had Metal Gear Solid 2:Substance and Timesplitters 2 for XBox for $23 each. Both are great games and half of retail. I picked up Tiger Woods for Gamecube for 7 dollars and change. They have a couple of copies of Bloody Roar for 15 dollars, but Im gonna wait until it drops to under 10(hopefully next week)

Which store? I'm in Northern VA and would be willing to make a trip if close enough. Or, any chance you could pick up a copy for me?

Thanks for looking! Target is SO YMMV. Selection changes from day to day. Maybe I'll call all the Target's in the area and see if they have TJ.....wonder if the 12.98 price is universal?

Nothing is universal when it comes to Target Clearance Items. One store may have something 75% and another store a mile down the road may still only be 30% off. I scanned TJ yesterday at one store and it was still $24.98. From my experiences, the Super Targets are the worst.

I think I'd buy it at that price. I loved the original on the Genesis a lot, and almost bought the xbox game for full price when it came out. But I knew that it would be a title that went down in price fairly quickly.....now if only I could find it....

Just a heads up on some more Target deals out there. I had them scan a LOT of games today, and scored the following:

Gundam Federation vs. DX (or whatever it's called, the Capcom-made fighter) - $7.48
Robotech GBA - $7.48
Suikoden III PS2 - $29.99
Dino Stalker PS2 - $6.59
Turok GC - $4.99

As other people have mentioned, if you're interested in a game just have them scan it - most of the games above were not marked as clearance items and in fact still had $50 tags below the games. Good luck!

I picked up Lost Kingdoms for $7.48. Never played it but that is only $2 more than a rental, so what the hell.

Also haven't seen mentioned, I bought Tetris: Worlds for GC for $9. It has a 4 player mode on it too! I needed this since I sold my Bio-Tetris for N64.

So the question begs from another thread, is $4.99 finally low enough for Turok? Is it worth that much?

I havent played it, so I dont know just how bad it is, but for five dollars, play it-and if it really is that awful, ebay it for twice as much.....I don't really think you can go wrong

Man, I am so wanting those. I sold Bloody Roar a while back, but for this price I'd pick it back up and what to pick up some other cheap games. My local Target hasn't had these for a while...

Neither target in town even HAS any of these games you people list. I have checked 2 times. No GC sports titles at all, no Mark of Kri, no nothing. O well, I got a nice cheap tool set and some pop
