Question about Blockbuster buy 2 get 1 free deal?

I was thinking of getting NCAA Football 2003, GTA: VC, and there's no other game I want, so I was thinking of picking up another GTA: VC and I saw that Gamestop is giving $28 back, so I could pick up both of these titles from BBV for $47 and then have $28 at Gamestop. First how good of a deal is this, I think pretty good. Second, would I have any problems selling back GTA: VC to EB, or Gamestop or any of them?
Thanks

If they're anything like my Blockbuster There will be a disk-sized label on the game saying "BLOCKBUSTER" and the logo and catalog numbers all over it. They might reject it for that reason. But i'm not sure.

You will need the instructions. Thats the biggest problem I've seen. My local Blockbuster says they are being told by corporate to throw away the original cases and the instructions. Many of the newer games at my Blockbuster are in Blockbuster cases and are missing the instructions.

My local EB (not sure about GameStop) will not takes games without the instructions or in Blockbuster cases. You also have to remove any Blockbuster labels. It can be a bit of a pain.
