What color is your Cube?
 

I just got my sons a Game Cube for Christmas. I got the bundle with SSBM at Target on black Friday. It is a black cube, which I like. Although, the platinum one looks sweet too. What color are you guys sporting?

Indigo, thought I may sell it and pick up a black one.

Black like everything else (including Iversons jersey).

I use the same AV/selector, nice.

My GCN is Jet Black. Like my PS2 and Xbox. Got this whole matching thing going on, it's working out quite nicely.

Black, but I love the new Platinum one. When the GameBoy adaptors come out next year I will probably get a Platinum one to attach to my Black Cube.

Wait a second - you have both an X-box AND a Gamecube on the same shelf? And they're not constantly trying to beat each other up or something?

I'm glad I waited for the Platinum. Up till a few weeks ago I really didn't want one that badly but when I caeved I was glad that Platinum was around. My whole set up is black but I used my Platinum GC to accent the silver around my WEGA. I think it looks great.

Then I got a matching GBA like 2 days ago.

I too have my GC next to my XBOX cause only something as small as the GC would squeeze into that tiny space left after the XBOX hogs most of the room. :)

Right now I'm trying to decide if it's insane of me to want to sell my black one on ebay and then go and buy a platinum.

When I lived outside of Philly, I drove to Delaware to get my Cube tax free. BestBuy had only a few in stock...all INDIGO. I hesitated but ultimately went for it. My girlfriend was happy.

I would love to have a Jet Black one, instead of Grimace purple.

I have a black one. My wife and I are thinking about getting a second cube for the other room (so I can play a game when she plays Animal Crossing for days at a time) and it would be the platinum to go with our platinum GBA

I wish they had made the platinum cube for the launch! I bought a black one, but that platinum is sexy.

Got the Jet, but a Spice one would have been cool at launch. Cooler than Indigo, at any rate.

Indigo. I never really thought (or cared) much about the color.

I did the same thing....opened it up and started using it (looked great) and then found out that my 9 year old son really had his heart set on the platinum one. Well I couldn't exchange it at Target as the cube and the game had been opened. SO I packed it all up (minus the game) and resold it 2 days later on eBay for $140. So the SSBM cost me $10 instead of being free. But then went to CC the next sunday and got the Platinum one with the FREE Wavebird! I'm happy...my sons happy...it's all good.

I had a Jet, but sold it for a Platinum about a month ago. I have always preferred black consoles, but the Platinum just looks soooo good sitting among all my other systems. I'm running out of room here.....

Black, though I didn't really care when I got it at launch. Mine goes beneath my TV, along with the PS2, and is out of site due to wooden doors.

Indigo baby. I like the way it looks. I didn't want everything to be a sterile black. But my TV is Silver, DVD player and xBox and Receiver are black...so the purple adds a nice splash of colour to the place.

as soon as orange comes out, it will be mine... oh, yes. it will be mine...

Indigo. It looks bluish which is my favorite color :D There's wood, black, silver, purple, all kinds of colors in my room :D

It matches my Indigo GBA (which I got a long time ago). I bought a blue link cable to go in-between.
