Don't they have a buy 1 get one free or is it buy 2 get one free? Does this work with used games? Instore only right?

Buy 2 get one free, instore only as far as I know.

After getting my free $5 GC, I bought Gamecube Rouge Leader, Xbox Jedi Starfighter, and Xbox Burnout for $30 total.
