Anyone like to play blitzball on FFX?
 

Does anyone like to play blitzball on Final Fantasy X. I bought my copy of FFX at Blockbuster for 19.99 used. I am hooked on playing blitzball. Anyone else like to play it?

I hated it.

Yeah, I was addicted to it. If you really to be the best you have to earn Jecht Shot 2! And also get Wakka's second item to get his ultimate weapon. One of the best testers (I won't name names, he knows who he is) scored 18 goals in a single game.

Make sure to recruite Brother (Rikku's brother, the pilot of the ship) as soon as you possibly can. He's the best player. Also recruit Biggs and Wedge (they're the guards in the main Luca tournament entrance guarding the staircase).

Triple Triad in FFVIII was more addictive, IMHO.

TetraMaster (FFIX) online is the most addictive. :)

I didn't like blitzball at first but when once I learned the rules I really got addicted to it. Its pretty fun, i think the key to having fun and winning depends on how fast you can add and subtract numbers in your head because the game is almost pure numbers. But thats good because it becomes really a real strategic game. You can get some good items by winning, I got Wakka's second limit from winning the league, its really cool and does a lot of damage.

triple triad and tetra master were pretty good ones too, its amazing how fun these little mini games are :D

generally, i can't stand any minigame in the FF series. from cards to blitzball.

but i did get good at blitzball so that i could actually beat it. all about using those special moves.

Yeah I hated Blitzball at first. But after I learned more about it, and actually recruited some other players, then it became a lot more fun. It was so funny scoring one goal, and then using my fastest player to keepaway for the rest of the time. I didn't do it a lot because I had to gain level, but nontheless, it was hilarious.
