Gun Valkyrie is pretty good if you like a game that really challenges you. Other than that I go with the others on Halo and Buffy. Dead or Alive 3 is a great looking, decent fighter. Shenmue II also, if you don't count the import version on Dreamcast.

If the PC versions count, Rallisport Challenge, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon, Morrowind, Unreal Championship (UT2003), and Halo all either have a PC version out or will by next year.

But the three exclusives I'm looking forward to the most next year are Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball, Ninja Gaiden, and Panzer Dragoon Orta.
