I've only bought one used game online from EB but it was in mint condition with case and manual. I haven't heard that many horror stories about buying from them either.

Sometimes these used game deals are pretty sweet. Last month they ran one that was 30% off, so I got -

sure, some of used games arent the cheapest at eb, however some of them are worth getting if you buy a few, you definitely save on shipping, as opposed to buying them individually on ebay.

hitman2 for $45 - 25% is pretty good. add 2 or so games that are around $20 and you make out pretty good.
