Total Immersion Racing?

Has anyone tried this yet? It's available for PC, PS2, and X-box, but I'm mostly interested in the PS2 version. It's been getting some nice comments over on the rec.autos.simulators newsgroup, but mostly comments on the PC version. I've been on the lookout for good, fairly realistic, racing games for the PS2, looks like this might fit the bill.
