I need help figuring out the name of this game

Ok I have never posted on the video game side of the forum but I need some help. There is a basketball game that I used to play all the time as a kid. You were a country, I believe the USA and you would play against the Russian basketball team, the Japanese basketball team, etc. You would usually start off down a couple of points with like 5 minutes to play and you had to try to make a comeback and win. If you won you moved on to the next country but you started a little more behind.

I LOVED this game. I really would like to buy it but I cannot remember the name of this game. Everybody I talk with cannot help me figure it out. Hopefully you guys and gals can. Thanks in advance.

It might be made by Konami. That does sound familiar. It was a coin-op game. I would look to buy the actual arcade game if I could. Any help is appreciated.

Search engines are your friend. It wouldn't be kosher to tell you where to find it since it would technically be illegal to download it.

He'd have to buy it first though. It technically would be illegal to download, and then go and buy it.

At any rate, discussion of where to find roms is against forum rules.

actually you started on jr varsity, varsity, college, pro, etc.

each time you started with like 15-20 sec left in the game and each basket gave you like 3-5 sec back on the clock....had to beat the other team before time ran out....
