i beat that level over the weekend, i took my car and ran over all of the people, then took each of the vans for a spin and eventually blowing them up (i did not use the gas cans ). now is there an easy way to fly the radio control helicopter since it doesnt wanna go straight.

Just get used to flying it. Those stupid coppers are a pain in the groin. They really don't go straight, but after a while you'll be able to get it pretty close.
