HELP! My x-box from buy.com looks refurbished!
I ordered a new (not used, they dont sell used) x-box system from buy.com. It arrived today, but suspiciously, the big box it was in, had a "refuse if this tape is broken" on it, and it looks like it was opened with a razorblade, and someone re-taped it up.
Since the UPS guy just left it at the front door, I didnt know what to do. I called ups, and their CS told me to open the box. Inside there was a x-box system, but the black box, one side had the manufactuer's round shaped tape, but the other side, the round shaped sticker was opened, but someone poorly cut a tape into a round shape, but it couldnt have been a fresh tape, for it had finger prints all over it.
the CS on the phone told me to open to see whats inside, but I didnt want to. Buy.com doesnt seem to have a phone number I can call to ask what to o in this situation, and they only pay for returns if it is defective, BUT I don't know if I can call this defective. Did anyone else got their x-box system like this?
