Gameshark or Codebreaker?

Ok - please don't post with a "you shouldn't cheat message" I just want to know - what is the best cheat device for the PS2?

Gameshark is sort of dead now, though I think Pro Action Replay will take over.

Codebreaker is cheaper and the codebreakers at http://www.cmgsccc.com/ are much better than the guys at Gameshark, so I would go with that cheat device.
