I really liked crazy taxi

And I love the simpsons

I'm in the minority, but I like the game. It's fun and humorous. The graphics suck, and the gameplay is so-so, but I had a good time. I paid $50 for it, and would definitely say it's worth 17.88.

Yeah, I agree with Groucho... it gets old but it's definitely fun enough to be worth $17.88. Even if you don't like it you can probably ebay it for around $20 anyway.

Where is it on sale for $17.88?

My guess is Target. (Their closeout/price drops usually end in <B>.88</B>).... could be wrong though.

The game was advertised in Target's ad this week. It was labeled as being "On Sale". The game is also in the PS2 Greatest Hits Packaging.

I'd go for it. Even though I don't like it as much as Crazy Taxi, it's still worth $20. The two-player mode is pretty fun.

I'd agree with with the posters so far. It's a fun game that gets old after a while. It also has some nice Simpson touches (such as the car built for Homer). I'd pick it up for $18.

It's an OK game, but if you're a Simpson's fan it's definitely worth it.

Just thought I would let everyone know that they have Simpsons RR for XBOX at target on clearence (at least here in Overland Park Kansas) for $20.88. I picked up the last one at the metcalf location. They also had the hockey game ....something 2002 for $14.88 there.

What are some other games Target is having on clearence?

I'll second the multiplayer on this - it's a pretty lame game, but if you're a fan of Simpsons and of Crazy Taxi and you don't care about graphics (I know there's people that don't)... it's easily worth 20 bucks. See how cheap it is at half.com first though.

Apparently I'm in the minority. I'm a Simpsons fan, and I think the game sucks. It's all been done (and better), and a different coat of paint doesn't help. Thats being said, it's probably one of the best Simpsons games ever. All Simpsons video games stink. For every Bart vs. the World, there's three Simpsons Wrestlings. If I could find the GC version for that much, I might just buy it. Not to play it, mind you, but to point and laugh in its general direction. :)

I never tried the skateboarding one, but I did hear it was teh suck :D

planetaire - FYI I got this for the GC at Costco recently for ~ $19. I really have a blast with it - espcially in two player mode! [Homer voice]Whoo-hoo! U-S-A! U-S-A![/Homer voice]

If it was for the Xbox or GC I would say it's definitely worth it, but I'm not so sure about the PS2. The load times on the PS2 are ridiculously long but they're not as bad on the other two.
