Platinum Gamecube questions....
 

Anyone know exactly when the Platinum GC comes out? I read Nov. 4th I think....but KBtoys knew nothing of it (or the Mario bundle for that matter)...and its not on bestbuy.com or circuitcity.com.

Also, is this thing gonna be rare/hard to get? Im finally getting a GC very soon (already bought Mario), but am holding off to get the platnum one.

Every site I've seen says November 3rd. I'm not sure if it's a limited release or what though..

oh.. and Amazon has it.. and it says Limited on their description..

Yet another twist...just called Software Etc for the heck of it. The guy said I can preorder for $50 and it comes out this Saturday. He also said the Mario bundle w/ PLATINUM cube comes out that day...and that there IS NO BUNDLE WITH INDIGO. Im 99.9999% sure the ONLY bundle is with Indigo, and that came out yesterday...its even in some ads. Now I really dont believe his statement of the platinum cube coming out this saturday, then 19th.

Haven't heard of a Platinum bundle before. I wouldn't trust the employee on this one.

The bundle is only for INDIGO. My store has a release date in late Oct. for the platinum cube.

ebgames.com has it set to ship on Oct. 21. last time I looked they had free 1 day air shipping on it too.

i just cant believe some places would have it 3 weeks before everyones release date. Im going to San Diego for a week anyways, so I iwll just wait until I get back :)

When i preordered at software.etc i was told it would be in on sat. (the 19th) so I hope they are right. They already have an empty display box for it, so I hope I get it this weekend!
