EDIT: There ya go.... I saw that on another board and thought it was cool. I might actually be willing to pay to have it done, though I really dig the new Platinum colored one they are coming out with the end of this month/first of Nov.

I remember some biz that would color your console. Pretty cool looking.

www.colorconsoles.com does a real good job (I haven't used them but know peopel who have)

I just went there right now, all sections are closed off for too many orders. :(

color consoles is interesting but my ps2 doesn't qualify. it says only the ps2 w/ the engraved CAUTION on the bottom can be painted. (stickers or no warning do not work... why?)

anyway, i liked the colors but i could probably do it myself w/ a can of rustoleum (taking apart the case like the gamecube above).

Wow, that is pretty darn cool. Especially, when I'm playing classic NES games on Animal Crossing.
