A HALO question...
 

Please forgive me if this has been discussed or posted.

Is it possible, to play HALO with not only the normal bad guys but with the Marines after you?

I know that if you kill a marine they will turn on you but how long can one last with them as a 3rd enemy? Is it even possible to play the rest of the game without Marine allies?

I don't think so - but you could play Half-Life if you want to feel like everyone is against you. ;)

:( that sucks! That would have added to the fun factor! Wonder if Halo 2 will solve this problem of no bots in the multiplayer moode.

I think the reason they didn't add bots is because they had time constraints as they had to get it out when the xbox launched. I would be very surprised if they didn't add bots in Halo2.

They might say bots is unnecessary because of XBL. :(

But I trust bungie to come through. :D

Interesting aside......in the first level, if you kill Capt Keys or otherwise get the marines after you, you usually only last seconds. But there is a place where you can hide and they can't find you, even when you occasionally hop out and shoot at them.

Yeah, but they're invincible and they lock you in that room so you're not going anywhere after those bullets are out. :D
