gta 3 question
 

hi all!

i don' t have as much time to devote to gaming as i used to (damn career) but i have a question that's been burning me up....

in the gta 3 commercial, at the end, the main charactor walks back into the main mafia house and points his shotgun at 4 guys.
is this really in the game?
i'm stuck at the beginning of the 3rd city and i was about to give up on the game, but if eventually i get some mafia payback, i'll keep playing.

can anyone who beat the game help me out?

I have finished this four times now....do not remember him walking into the house and aiming his gun at four people. Do not give up on this game....which mission are you stuck on? This game is too fun to give up on. :)

That scene was scripted for the commercial. It's not in the game anywhere. Believe me, you do not want to give up on this game! It's so worth it for the entire story, playability that is so emmense few games can come close and it's just plain fun. Keep playing it.

It may be tough in spots, but you'll get a great sense of accomplishment if you don't give up and beat the game.

dammit! i knew it looked too good to be true. i won't really give up on the game, but if i knew i had the mafia showdown to look forward to, i would definatly put more effort in to beat it quicker.

Another quick GTA3 question -- why start another thread with such an aptly titled one existing now? What are the default keys on the PC version to do a driveby? I've checked a stack of FAQs and couldn't find it. I'm borrowing my friends copy and he didn't give me the manual so I'm not sure if it's there or not.

Don't know the default keys, but to do a drive by, you must have the Uzi, and you must look left or right while in the car (you'll see the side of the car rather than the back or front), and then you must press the fire button.

Hi All,

For those of you who play GTA 3, please tell me what the infactuation with this game is? My boyfriend and next door neighbor play this game all the time. I attempted to play the game on a few occassions, but I just didn't like it, probably b/c I like "girlie" games, as I like to call them.)

I'm not bashing the game, just curious as to why everyone is crazy about this game.

i love gta3 because i'm sick of having to buy a new car every time i try to get an insane stunt bonus in real life.
