Need HELP With the Parental control on the PLAYSTATION 2!!!
 

I let my son use my system (playstation 2) over the weekend. & I guess he set it up a code. & doesn't remember doing so. but , now I can't see any R rated movies. it keeps asking for a password.. is there a way to over ride this? is there a master password? or something??

Plz can someone help???

I don't own a ps2 but i saw this question asked on techtv and they said there is a universal code in the owner's guide...

i did a search on deja.com i think the code is 7444 to reset the passcode

That's why dad shouldn't let kids play with ps2's HAHA. Yeah there is a universal code in the manual, and after you reset it you can turn the parental code off.
