Anyone else think the New York level is immeasurably better in CT3 than in CT2? I wasn't that big of a fan of it when I played it in CT2, but their new tweaks and changes have made this my favorite of the 3 in CT3.

Picked this up while there was still time today. Hopefully it will give me a good reason to dust off the Xbox. I sold my Dreamcast versions for $20 since it has all three games in one, so overall its only $20 for the new one. Not too bad and I liked the demo. Hopefully the slowdown won't bother me too much. (I usually don't notice it unless someone points it out anyway.)

Played this today quite a bit and its fun to cruise around again. The slowdown sucks though. Isn't this something thats not suppose to happen on the Xbox?

Anyway, I can get over the minor problems and enjoy the game. Having all three courses on one game disc was well worth it and I'm actually enjoying the older courses a bit more than the Vegas one. I think the New York one is my favorite as well.

Yes its weird.. I went back to try the NY course on Dreamcast, and see what the difference was..

Its alot of little things, but the NY one is actually fun now, and on Dreamcast, it wasn't.

I loved CT2 mainly for the Crazy Pyramid, but now the New York level just rocks.

The slowdown in Glitter Oasis sucks, and that its basically an exact copy of San Fran with different graphics... New York is the killer level here.

Well, if there's slowdown on the Xbox, just think how much there would be if there was a PS2 or GC version! (Note: Not a console bash, I was just making an innocent joke.)
