EB sells used DVDs, so I'm sure you could trade them in there. Be warned that you'll get jipped though as they don't give near enough store credit for most things.

The best thing to do is to trade them "indirectly." By this I mean sell the DVDs on EBAY and use the money you get to buy games.

You'll come out much better this way.

I don't know about any retail stores but if you wanted you can go to the Video Game Exchange Forum on this board and some people would trade video games for DVD's and vice versa.

You can try Game Trading Zone, maybe you'll have some luck. I signed up there a while ago, sent out a few trade request and didn't get any replies at all.

I was actually thinking of getting rid of my ole sega genesis. I wonder if I could get anything for it.

I guess I might bring it and some games to gamestop or eb and see what i get offered

I think the last time I checked Funcoland the Genesis was going for somewhere around $20 (and the games were mostly under $5) .

Another site that I found to be good is www.tradegamesnow.com. There you can trade games, dvd, music, etc. They work very similarly to gametz.com, but I have had much better luck with TGN. Check it out.
