Halo Question
 

I was wondering, do you get anything nifty if you complete Halo in Hard or Legend Mode? Currently I'm going through on normal mode, which to me seems pretty darn hard. But then again im not really used to playing FPS's since i prefer rpgs and strategy games.

If you beat it on Legendary you get an extended ending. I'd say it's easier to do this in the co-op mode.

It's basically a waste of time, apart from the fun factor of playing halo at a challenging difficulty level. I think they should have included some unlockable multiplayer modes or something.

You have to use different tactics to get through on Legendary mode (and probably heroic too)...so it was worth it to me because although the level layout is the same...you play it differently...adds to the replay factor. The extra cut scene is fun too, but you can also see that if you just play the last level through on legendary.

As a side note, the very first cut scene in which the SGT is talking to the grunts is different with each different difficultly level.

Just to let you know, if you want to see the extended ending you can skip right to the last level and play it on Legendary. You don't have to go through the entire game.
