For those at E3 - how crowded is it this year?
I've been to E3 every year since it's been in L.A., and each year it's more crowded than the last.
Last year was a little out of control, so I decided to skip this year. For those that are there, how does it compare? |
It was really crowded this year. I think just certain areas were more swamped than others. I thought that the Nintendo booth was the most crowded, I could barely move around and there were about 3-4 people waiting to play for like each game. It was so hot in the Nintendo area too, I began to start sweating from standing around. They didn't give away as much free stuff this year too IMO, they did give away free stuff but if you wanted the good stuff you would have to wait in a line to compete for it and those lines were long.

This was my first E3, but it seemed pretty crowded to me. It would've felt just right if there were like 5000 less people. Plus - everyone was flatulent like crazy... especially the people over at the Nintendo booth... "Oh boy! Metroid! *pththhththt*" Oh hey LOOK! Zelda! *Pooooooot*" "Oops, I crapped my pants!" I wanted to pummel someone. Other than that I managed to stay away from large crowds except for the Bruce Campbell autograph signing. I missed when Carmen Electra was there on the first day - dammit. I saw Stacy Keibler - I guess she's some wrestler or something - anyway - that was crowded as all hell, so I went somewhere else. I think Disneyland is more crowded in general.
