Best Racing wheel for PS2?

I know there is the logitech one that came out last summer for GT3 but is this the only one. I read somewhere that there is a new one from logitech but not sure. If this is the best wheel, where is the best price for it? I saw it at EB for $79.99 but not sure if this is a good deal.
