GTA3 mission question
 

not having any difficulty with an actual mission just that it seems like i'm missing a mission.

basicly it seems strange the way i meet donald love, just a D shows up on my radar and when i go to him its like i've already been introduced to him, i think he even thanks me for handling something. but i haven't met him before and no mission giver has ever mentioned his name. it just seems odd, like somehow i missed a mission, since nearly all of the mission givers introduce you to the next guy.

i got to this same point before, and i thought it was strange so i restarted my game and now it's the same deal. i've done all the other missions so that donald is the only guy i can goto.

my brother beat the game and i've tried asking him if he can recall how he first meet love and he can't, so i figure maybe someone here has a better memory...

I think he does come up rather suddenly. Is the past mission he's referring to something that the cop in the bathroom had you do? For some reason I think it might be.

he doesn't mention any details about whatever job i did, but i think wildcat is right. good to know that something weird isn't going on, now back to the game :)
