I will limit my list to games that aren't released yet (I still need to play "catch-up" on some titles) that I'm 99% certain to buy:

May
Resident Evil 1
Lost Kingdoms
(I'm actually only 80% certain on this...based on what I've seen it looks great but I'm going to wait for some reviews)

June
Eternal Darkness (see Lost Kingdoms)

August
Super Mario Sunshine

September
Star Fox Adventures

November
The Legend of Zelda: The Tome of Forgotten Lore
Metroid Prime

Dates TBA
Super Monkey Ball 2
Kameo: Elements of Power
Resident Evil 0
Mario Party 4

-Super Mario Sunshine (GCN, August)
-Tekken 4 (PS2, September)
-Star Fox Adventures (GCN, September)

I'm definitely planning on buying Super Mario Sunshine, Star Fox Adventures, NFL 2K3, and Animal Crossing. Depending on the reviews they get, I may also get Metroid Prime, Rayman 3, Zelda, and Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland (if it comes out for GC this year).

I'll also be buying a number of games for older systems like PlayStation and SNES.

Sometime this year, I plan to buy a GameCube (expecting the price drop at E3) in order to play any & all RE games, and Soul Calibur 2.

Other than that the Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance (GBA) will be a definite purchase.

I can't believe all the games I'm looking forward to are on Nintendo hardware. It's a good thing I still have my DC, or I might get a complex. I think the limited time & $$$ of having 2 small kids, and the idea that their should be plenty to interest them on the cube also, probably has something to do with it. Obviously no intent to bash, as this is the console I definitely plan to purchase, I guess it just surprises me that with a few strategic business moves, and lifestyle changes of my own, that I'll be a Nintendo customer again.
