I'd like to get Madden 2002 (I have NCAA Football 2002 and love it), but Madden 2003 is coming out in a few months (mid-August, according to Gamespot). I heard that they're adding Al Michaels to the commentary team for that game... it may be worth it to just wait on that game. But... it IS only $19.99... :)

Edit: Aw, heck... I picked it up. :) $25 shipped... can't go TOO wrong with that, can I?

weak deal today

I got my used Madden 2002 (PS2) game today... the spindle was broken, and the manual was missing. Ugh. :( I'm hoping that the controls are similar, if not exactly alike, to NCAA Football 2002, though. I just hope the disc plays right.

That sucks SC! I bought Madden as well but mine has everything. I can copy my manual and mail it to you if you'd like. Just let me know.

Pretty good deal on Morrowind for XBox. You only pay $2 for overnight shipping and Gamestop does not charge tax....at least they don't for Michigan residents.

Depending on if Gamestop charges sales tax for your state, it's a pretty good deal for any preorder that you want. Here in Maryland, sales tax is 5%, so you're paying $2 in tax for a $39.99 game and more for more expensive games. So, it would actually be cheaper for me to buy a $49.99 game and have it shipped overnight for $2. I save money, plus I don't have to leave the house to get it!
