Are the graphics so good that an actual screen shot is on the cover of the case? Has that been done before?

2 questions:

does the memory card come with it?

if this is the japanese version, why is the dominant title written in english, with the japanese in a little footnote?

I hope the U.S. version comes with a memory card! That would be plus.

I guess that could be considered a screenshot -- it's a render, really.

And it is the Japanese version. You have to realize 99% of the games in Japan's titles are written in English including their titles being said in English on the commercials (Final Fantagy Ten). A lot of the times things like menu and title screens are in English, too.

Kooky, huh?

I don't think the memory card has been announced or not in the US. That'd be interesting since I already have two cards, d'oh!

If it does use the whole memory card, then it's pretty poor data storage. All you need to store for a Biohazard game is inventory and save point...that's not a lot. The only way I could see it taking up the whole card is if they allow you to have 1000 saves or something.

I can't read Japanese, but considering the size of the "59" I'd be willing to bet that's simply advertising that a Memory Card 59 is included. The number of blocks required is usually listed on the back of the case.

At any rate, it's safe to assume that this game takes a good amount of memory since it comes with a card.

It says that is uses 8 memory blocks on the cover in japanese, the kanji is a little blurry in that picture but the katakana is pretty clear. The disc art looks pretty sweet!

Originally I was going to import this game but its coming out on April 30 so I'll pick it up then. I can't wait!! The price is pretty good even in japan it is 6,800 yen (~$50 U.S.) and it comes with a free memory card with cool biohazrd labels. I think I remember reading that that was a special they're only doing in japan so I don't think we'll see it hear. It would be nice if they did release it here for the same price $50 with the memory card .

edited:mixed up hira and kata whoops and took a zero off the price in yen, because then it would have been the price of 2 and a half gamecubes hehe

Planetgamecube is also reporting that this comes with a business card case. Now that would be sweet to have in the U.S. version.
