The coupon is located on pg. 85 in the April 2002 issue of Gamepro. Above the coupon Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 for the PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, and Gameboy Advance is pictured.

So I would assume this coupon is for all gaming systems.

Last months EGM (the one with Maximo on it) had the 5 dollar coupon as well only it was good for 19.99 and up.

Yeah, and this months EGM has a $5 off Rockstar games (GTAIII, Max Payne, State of Emergency) and GameShark for PS2. Not as good as the other coupons but still good :).
