Original Metroid Question (NES)
 

Ok, so to hype myself up for the return of Metroid (please make it this year).... I've gone back and decided to beat all the other metroids.

So, I'm on the first one, and I can't remember how many missles I need to destroy the first boss. You know, the one that looks like a dinosaur and throws little things that look like ninja throwing stars.

Anyway, can anyone remember? I keep running out and it looks like I simply don't have enough in my arsenal.

I seem to remember bombs work pretty well, too.

i went in with 30 missles... not enough.... bastard just tore me apart after i ran out too. i think there is an energy tank in the room somewhere though. not sure....
