GTA3 and State of Emergency
 

I like GTA3 as much as anyone, but I've played it to death. I still like to throw it in now and again, cause a little chaos, and see how long I can evade the authorities, but it's pretty played out. My plan is to hang on to it until Rockstar's State of Emergency comes out, but I have a question: Can you jack cars in S.O.E., or are you on foot the whole time? I think I would really miss that aspect of GTA3.

I have read the review over at Gamespot and you are on foot the whole time. Downloaded a couple of the movies too and seeing all these people running the streets all at once while your playing is really impressive.
