Any news on a Gamecube Wrestling Title
Does anybody know anything on if THQ is signed on with Nintendo to make a wrestling game for it anytime in the future?

Yukes is making the new Nintendo WWF wrestling game. It supposedly is going to be a lot like AKI's grappling system games such as No Mercy and Wrestlemania 2000 but is a totally new engine.
Go into some of the Q&A sections of cube.ign.com. Here's a specific one http://cube.ign.com/qa/2001-12-13.html where Matt talks about the title a little bit. You may also read the next day's questions as well, as it comes up again.
If Yukes makes this game anything like Smackdown I won't be buying it. I am sad that AKI is not making the new game and am very afraid that Yukes will screw things up. I shall sit back and wait I guess.

I bet my life that THQ will have a Cube wrestler out next year. They made so much money off of the 64 wrestling franchises, which were all top sellers. They'd be insane not to go nintendo.
