PS2 PAL games on US (NTSC) PS2
 

Hi All:
I am taking a gamble & put the cart before the horse, but I recently purchased WRC Racing for the PS2 from a London shop on the net. I do NOT yet have PS2, but am expecting to purchase it shortly. Now, I know technically it is not supposed to work, but a friend who had Dreamcast in the past was able to play European imports (PAL) on his US (NTSC) Dreamcast without a mod chip or any console modification. I am hoping this is the same with the PS2, as this game is currently only available in Europe and looks fantastic (with any luck it will eventually be released in the US). I know I will find out on my own in a few weeks; just wanted to know if anyone had any experience/positive news with this (or if there is a known work-around if it doesn't work).
