Tony Hawk 3 PS2 Help...

Hey there...I've competed everthing on THPS3 except doing the varial kickflilp in L.A. by the photographer. I cannot for the life of me figure this one out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

This one bugged me for a while as well. The photrapher is near the two sets of stairs that face each other up on the high area not far from the car wash. I was able to log this goal by grinding down one of the rails of the stairs that face each other, doing a varial kickflip off of the end of the rail, and landing in a grind on the opposite rail. See if that works.
