SSX Tricky glitch- impossible to finish JP's trickbook

I finished 7 of the characters so far, but it seems impossible to finish JP. I'm on chapter 6 (the 5 ubertricks), but none of the ubertricks I perform with him match the names in his book, so I can't complete them. WTF? Has anyone else had this happen?

Have you tried the tricks using JP's default board? I think the tricks may be different when you use different boards (especially alpine vs bx boards).

I'll check the board, but I'm pretty sure it was right. I had just finished the chapter 5 tricks with the same board. It looks like the names of his ubertricks are completely different from the ones in his book.
