I had 3 games in an order, and their release dates got shifted, so I went to change my shipping option from "ship when complete" to "ship when ready", and when I did that, my 10 off 75 and free PS2 game codes were gone, with my order status showing the full price and three games as the order (no deductions!). I called customer service, and the lady said that I had to have them ship together for it to work (which I know to be false since my other account was fine shipping seperately), so I changed it back. Still no discounts showing, but the lady said that she saw them on her screen, and they would be applied when the products shipped. Should I believe her, or continue worrying since they don't show up on my order status screen?

Get her name if you can, and then call back and talk to another rep and see if the situation improves.

same thing happened to me one time... everything worked out on its own. the my account feature on amazon has bugs in it... but amazon's system at their offices has it right...
