Why no game save?
I'm sure this topic has been debated in the past, but I am running into this problem for the first time. I bought Giants: Citizen Kabuto (PC) and LOVE it. It's EXACTLY the kind of game I always wanted to play. I'm only 5 levels into it and can see myself not bothering to go much further because there is no ingame save. Why would a developer do that? Sure, the levels aren't super long, but I don't want to play a level over more than 2 times. I don't have that kind of free time on my hands and I hate not having a choice.
This game has been out for a year now and I was wondering if patches are ever made for ingame saves or is that not possible? Urgh. I won't buy a game in the future, no matter how awesome it looks, without this feature. I just finished American McGee's Alice and never would have finished that without save games. |
Aliens vs. Predator was like this until they released a patch for it.
