I assume your talking about the PS2 version? If so, it's great. It is not a drastic change from last year but they made a lot of changes that make it play better and the fixed the glaring problems like the zombie eyes and the one-handed catches.
It also seems harder (ie More realistic) to complete a pass. The animation seems a bit smoother with more varied animations, they added a 2-minute drill which makes for a very quick way to earn Madden tokkens (very cool) and you can now save games in progress (FINALLY!!).
And if your into franchise mode they really beefed that up.
