Any Dragon Warrior fans in the hizzouse?

Just wanted to share my love for the greatest game series of all time. It's great to see the series back stateside!!

I wish I had a date for DW7 so I could start counting down.. and that PSX remake of DW4 looks too good to be true.

It's really hard to say what game is my favorite though. I couldn't decide between 3,4 and 6. However, 5 is really the weakest (if you exclude the DW Monsters game)t just seems pale compared to the previous efforts, at least for the time it was made. Still an awesome game though.

Anyone else here enjoy these games?

I played one of them on the old NES, forget which one, but liked it. I'm currently playing DW3 for the GBC and its very good.

Gamestop and Ebworld have DW7 listed with a release date of 11/1 so you can start counting down.

Already have my copy pre-orded.

A date from Gamestop is kinda like finding random medications in a dumpster. ^_^

Wow, I loved the first two games for the 8-bit NES...played many times, then played again on an emulator a few years ago. The funny thing is, my 8-but NES still works! Anyway...I'm looking forward to DW7! Can someone tell me which console it's coming out for? Thanks...

It's coming out for Playstation 1. It should hopefully be out before the turn of the year.

I really can't wait to see some of the insightful reviews that this game will no doubt get here in the US. "This game is poor. I had to actually pay attention to what I was doing and I had to think about strategy during battles. Also there aren't any movies. This is a video game dammit, and I'm entitled to spend half of the time on this game letting the machine control things for me while I drool at the screen!!"

Um.. no bitter rage here.. really!
