PS2 racing games with carnage?

So I got Gran Tourismo 3 and we love it.. but we wish we could send the other cars sailing off a cliff like in Speed Racer.. any GOOD racing games where you can really wreck the other cars? :) No, not Twisted Metal like, but regular racing...
