You are building a space station, I think. I seem to remember puting station parts together and maybe flying the space shuttle.

Finally found out, it was Project Space Station. I played it last night. Kind of a complex game.

i remember that one! You had to dodge debris like frogger and plan when to launch all your shuttles on a time line in advance.
