Has anybody heard about this. Is anyone excited about it?

They sent me a letter asking if I wanted to beta for it, but they also wanted a signed release form with a notary public. I didn't think it was worth the hassle. I'm interested, but not overly so; it'd take something really new & different to get me excited about another realtime strategy game...
