some rumours going around about PSO porting to GBA. http://www.fgnonline.com/dreamcast/news/18917.html |
how would you play online? seems like it would be pretty crummy.
What a misleading headline. The article said "Phantasy Star Joins GBA?", but somehow you extrapolate that to be "PSO headed to GBA". Exactly how do you think you can play "on-line" on the GBA? <rollseye>
Please, next time just post what the article say, instead of adding your own completely improbable spin. I for one will be very happy to see enhanced versions of Phantasy Star 1, 2, and 4 on the GBA (not 3, thank you). |
Phantasy Star 2 on GBA would be very cool. :)
maybe u could hook it up through your gamecube and play PSO through the cube.that would be kewl.
So far this is only RUMOR, however, the rumor is that "Phantasy Star" is coming to GBA, NOT PSO. For those who may not know there were four Phantasy Star RPG games BEFORE PSO came out on Dreamcast.
Phantasy Star - Sega Master System Phantasy Star 2-4 - Sega Genesis If its true, I'm hoping it's a port of the original PS Master System game. That game ranks number 2, behind Chrono Trigger, on my all time favorite RPG list! :D |
I'm actually hoping for number 4!
They need to update the in-game graphics, though. Beyond that, awesome. Now, if only Shining Force I & II showed up...
That is interesting, but I don't think it would be good without the on-line element. I hope they go back to the Phantasy Star roots for a RPG. But PSO without the online, would frankly suck. Don't get me wrong. I am looking forward to PSO v2 like a crack addict...
