is this game just mario 1 & 2
or a new game plus the original 2 games

It is 2 games in 1. Super Mario Brothers 2 from the NES (with updated graphics and slightly remixed levels) and the original Mario Brothers arcade game (i remember playing it on the Atari 5200, the levels are 1 screen and take place in a sewer with enemies coming out of the pipes) with new levels (i think) and up to 4 players in link up mode.

It is Super Mario 2 from the Nintendo ported over with some slight graphical enhancement. The Mario Advance cartridge also includes the original Mario Bros. arcade game.

Out of the 3 Mario games for the NES, i think #2 is the best out of the 3 mario games..i m glad they bringing the classic back 2 the GBA.
